Flowers were great. Alot of florists now take pics and send pic to sender so that they don’t have to ask the receiver for a pick as that is awkward. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you for the kind words about the flowers! We’re so glad they were enjoyed. We understand that some florists routinely send delivery photos, and we know that can be a nice convenience for the sender. While we’re always happy to provide a photo when requested, it isn’t something we’re able to guarantee with every delivery. As a small, two-designer shop, our focus each day is on creating beautiful, fresh arrangements and making sure orders are delivered carefully and on time. We weren’t aware that a delivery photo was expected with this order, as one wasn’t requested in the order instructions or directly with our shop. Had we known, we certainly would have done our best to accommodate it. We appreciate the feedback and, most importantly, we’re happy to hear the flowers themselves were great.

The phone interaction was great. The order was placed with all the details. Received a prompt response and receipt. The delivery was done on time. Overall a great experience. The only regret we didn’t get to see the flowers ?‍♀️( no picture available). Thank you for your help ?

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
