I have always called to order from Moose Lake Florist but I saw that they now had online ordering so thought I'd try it. It was easy to use and didn't take more than a few minutes. On the 13th I received the message that the arrangement had been delivered. I was expecting there would be a photo of it since it was the Designer's Choice and the most expensive one. My friend's daughter sent a picture and it was lovely but that should be something you should absolutely do since there was no other way of knowing what it looked like. I had confidence it would be very nice since we have never been disappointed in anything we've gotten from ML Florist. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
