Ordered online. Did not see the delivered product. A picture of the product would have been nice as the did text me to say it was delivered. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your feedback, Karen—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand wanting to see the arrangement that was delivered, especially when you’re sending something special from afar. While our system automatically sends delivery notifications, it doesn’t currently include photos, and due to the volume of orders we handle each day, we aren’t able to photograph every arrangement by default. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate when we can! For future orders, feel free to leave a note in the special instructions or give us a call to request a photo—we’ll gladly do our best to make that happen. Thank you again for your order and support—we truly appreciate it!

It was a beautiful plant in a nice basket
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
