Ordered online. Did not see the delivered product. A picture of the product would have been nice as the did text me to say it was delivered.

We completely understand wanting to see the arrangement that was delivered, especially when you’re sending something special from afar. While our system automatically sends delivery notifications, it doesn’t currently include photos, and due to the volume of orders we handle each day, we aren’t able to photograph every arrangement by default.
That said, we’re always happy to accommodate when we can! For future orders, feel free to leave a note in the special instructions or give us a call to request a photo—we’ll gladly do our best to make that happen.
